Our warm water is warmed up by the warmth of Lake St. Moritz. Thanks to the connections to the lake, we heat CO2-neutrally.
Laundry service
You will find laundry bags and lists in your room. Please hand in your laundry by 10 a.m. and you will receive it back freshly washed the following day. Your sheets and linens will be changed several times during a longer stay. If you would like bed linen to be changed more frequently or daily, please let us know.

Wellness
The sauna and steam bath are located in the basement of the Hotel Reine Victoria. The nude zone is mixed, accessible to those aged 16 and over, and for a maximum of 17 people. Three towels are included.
