Public transport included

In summer, from the second night onwards, you will receive free cable car tickets for all open cable cars and public transport in the Upper Engadine.

There are a limited number of parking spaces on the grounds of the Hotel Laudinella, which are available free of charge, subject to availability. At the Hotel Reine Victoria and Hotel Corvatsch, outdoor parking spaces can be booked for CHF 15 per night.

Need assistance carrying your luggage? Our porters are at your disposal. Let the reception know. A member of staff will be at your side immediately.

privacy

Turn the lever on your room lock to the side. As a result, the door is locked twice and access to your room from the outside is denied.

You can simply lock the rooms with a key from the inside with the key.

smoking

All hotel areas are smoke-free. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited and will result in a fine. The smoking room is located in the Murütschbar at the Hotel Laudinella.

It's raining outside? No problem. Borrow an umbrella from your reception.

Room service

The Laudinella Delivery Service delivers your food directly to your room. The room delivery service costs CHF 3.00. You can find the menu at delivery.laudinella.ch. The menu is also available at reception. You can order your food to be delivered to your room between 12:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

slip mats

For your safety in the shower or bath, we are happy to provide you with a slip mat. Please let reception know what you want.

A safe is available in the rooms of the Laudinella and Reine Victoria hotels.

scan

Do you have a document to scan and want to send it? Our reception teams will be happy to scan your documents for you.

shoeshine sponge

You will find a sponge for cleaning shoes in the closet of your room or you can get one at the reception. Alternatively, shoe cleaning machines are available in the hotel.

Self check-in

At the Hotel Corvatsch, you can conveniently complete self-check-in online. You'll then have the key conveniently located on your mobile phone. There is no on-site reception. The team at the Hotel Reine Victoria will be happy to assist you with any questions.
