On request, we will be happy to provide you with an anti-allergy pillow or a second standard pillow.
You can also test herbal pillows from Himmelgrün with us. You can choose from the following pillows:

Culture

As a guest in one of our hotels, you receive free entry to selected events in the Hotel Laudinella or Reine Victoria. The program can be found on the hotel notices and the information screen in the entrance area. All events can be found in the cultural program.

Music, creative writing, photography, life and cooking courses – we offer various courses in these subject areas throughout the year. Find the right course/workshop here. Our culture department will be happy to provide you with further information. You can reach them at kultur@laudinella.ch and with the room telephone at 2603.

cross country skiing

The trail entrance is located right next to the Hotel Reine Victoria. Trail passes can be purchased online at the Experience Shop or at the checkpoints located along the trail network (cash payment is required).

Packed lunches

Order your packed lunch at reception the day before by 6 p.m. Using the room phone, simply dial the number: 2611 (Hotel Laudinella) or 9831 (Hotel Reine Victoria). You can get the packed lunch for CHF 20 per person if you want it in addition to breakfast.

Massages

Book your massage in the basement of the Hotel Reine Victoria. You can book appointments directly at the reception or by calling your room phone at 2502. Details about massages and treatments can be found on our website.

mini-bar

All renovated rooms have a small minibar. This is equipped with two free PET bottles of water. Additional drinks can be purchased from our delivery shop.

Mountain Bike

Bike routes, maps and tour information as well as information about the open transport facilities are available at reception. Laundry facilities are available upon request. In the immediate vicinity you will find two bike shops for repairs or shopping.
