Are you traveling by train and need a transfer to or from the train station? Register your journey at the reception. Our porters will be happy to drive you to the train station in St. Moritz every day between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. You can inform us of your arrival in advance.

You will find a sponge for cleaning shoes in the closet of your room or you can get one at the reception. Alternatively, shoe cleaning machines are available in the hotel.

Lost a button or need to darn a hole? Ask for a sewing kit at reception.

Leave your toothbrush at home? You can get a toothbrush at reception.

Need assistance carrying your luggage? Our porters are at your disposal. Let the reception know. A member of staff will be at your side immediately.

Your sheets and linens will be changed several times during a longer stay. If you would like bed linen to be changed more frequently or daily, please let us know.

Whether in the restaurants at the Laudinella, the Murütschbar, the Lobby Bar or Vic's Bar, or at the ski rental shop – you can conveniently have your bills charged to your room and settle them after your stay.

You will find laundry bags and lists in your room. Please hand in your laundry by 10 a.m. and you will receive it back freshly washed the following day.
